The program covers tanning basics, California Tan technologies and original 3-Step Systems, as well as basic product knowledge. Employees learn at their own pace and complete three timed mini quizzes. Employees completing the program receive a free tshirt and product sample and have the opportunity to compete with salon employees from across the country to win cool prizes. The program also allows salon managers to review the training progress for all of their employees.

Selling S.M.A.R.T. Sales Training Video – The video is short, fast-paced and entertaining while demonstrating effective selling techniques, overcoming objections, creating add-on sales, and more.
